Family dogs are known as instinctively protective of their humans. They will make sure that their family is protected and safe – especially the little ones. Although babies confuse them, they still watch over the little ones like good big brothers or sisters.

Apart from protecting the little ones, dogs also play with them and, often, tries to teach them a few things. This video will prove to you how great dogs are when it comes to children. Here’s Griffin.

Griffin is a Jack Russel Terrier. He’s very fond of the youngest member of the family – who happens to be a 5-month old baby boy. The infant is learning to crawl and seem to be having a hard time. Griffin steps in and shows the baby how it’s done.

Griffin shows the baby how to crawl. He lowered his body to the floor and started dragging his body, using his front paws and legs. He did a good job with exhibiting how to crawl. Sadly, the infant wasn’t giving him any attention at all.

The infant continued to struggle to learn to crawl while Griffin stared at the baby. Griffin seemed a little confused as to why the infant was having a hard time. He just stared at the little guy probably wanting to help but unsure of what to do.

At the end of the video, the baby just dropped to the floor and rolled giggling. He was still unable to move from where he started, but by the sound of his giggle, he was definitely having fun. When the baby rolled on the floor, Griffin tried to help him up.

The bond formed between a dog and an infant is such an amazing thing. I hope Griffin and the baby grow up as best buddies. Well, by the looks of it, I think they will be best buds.
