There’s nothing like a good surprise to start your day. It’s made even more memorable when there’s no special occasion at all.
Take these two kids who were happily having breakfast in this tiny, suburban home. They probably thought that this day would be just one of those regular days.
Hartley, the little girl, and her brother were stoked when mom came home with a bag of bagels. They love bagels, and so they thought this was gonna be the highlight of their day.
They weren’t wrong about it being the highlight, because when the box was opened, it revealed a surprise inside. There were no bagels, but the kids were pumped.
Hartley was so overwhelmed that she couldn’t move from her chair. She just cried after her initial shock. Her brother couldn’t stop thanking the heavens for the lovely gift.
It was am Imperial Shih Tzu; it was black and white, and oh-so-adorable. These two kids couldn’t place their happiness, bless their little hearts.
Hartley was frozen in her chair while her brother slid down to admire the puppy better. Mom picked the Shih Tzu up and gave it to Hartley.
She held the puppy close, crying her thanks over and over. Dad asked Hartley to guess what the pup’s name was, and she knew that it was Quinn.
It looks like someone has been asking for a puppy for a long time now. Request granted and judging by the kids’ overjoyed reactions, their parents did a great job surprising them.
We’re positive that this puppy will grow up with all the love in the world, multiplied by four. The house will be topsy-turvy most of the time, but it’ll be worth it.
