Napping time is an integral part of one’s life. It is when a person could take a short break from everything he or she does, such as work. This is also the time when a person can rest his mind from external pressures. But nap time is not solely for humans but is also applicable to dogs. This pooch named King sure knows what nap time is all about.
The cute dachshund has already made it a point to take a nap time every day. King came from an animal shelter, so when he got adopted, the pooch had to adjust to a new lifestyle. However, one thing is unchangeable, and that is his nap time routine.
When the dachshund first arrived at his new home, King’s new parents noticed that the pooch always takes a short nap after lunchtime. They wondered about this routine, but they just thought that it was part of the dog’s daily life. This is why Claye Jackson and his wife provided the pooch with a comfortable bed where he could have his nap time.
According to Jackson, they love King so much, so they want only the best for the pooch. The comfortable bed, which fits the dog’s body, is enough for King to get enough afternoon rest. Jackson added that the dog deserves the bed because King brings so much happiness inside the house.
Aside from napping, Jackson said that King enjoys playing outside the house. They would devote time for running and playing around, so the pooch gets enough exercise. King’s playtime is scheduled every morning so that he still has enough energy to consume for the day. Afterward, King and his parents would eat as well as do some chores. After all these, King would proceed to his comfortable bed to do his favorite routine of the day.
